Volunteer Requirements
In order to start volunteering, you need to have gone through the following process and have the following items on file with your school:
You may pick up a pre-signed packet from the front office at Matsuyama or you may print the forms online here PRIOR to going to the Serna Center for your fingerprinting.
- A copy of a recent TB Test or chest x-ray form/card indicating a negative result with in the past 60 days.
- A current and completed volunteer registration packet.
- A completed and cleared Volunteer Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check form or current fingerprinting on file with district.
